The 2012 “Best Places to Work in New Jersey” awards program honours the top small, medium, and large New Jersey-based organisations for their contributions to the state’s employment rate, economy, and community development. Award recipients were determined based on a two-part application process, which included an employer benefit and policies questionnaire and an employee engagement and satisfaction survey. Due in large part to the volume and quality of the favorable survey responses submitted by iCIMS personnel, the company was recognised as a one of the top places to work in New Jersey for the second time.

Within this year’s survey responses, iCIMS personnel emphasised that they valued the company’s commitment to providing transparent communication; ample perks and benefits; and an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation. The move came with an announcement that iCIMS plans to increase full-time staff by approximately 25% in 2012.
