Neal Dittersdorf joined iCIMS in 2016 as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. In his role, Dittersdorf oversees the company’s legal, compliance, privacy and information security teams. He also is responsible for corporate governance and the legal execution of strategic transactions.
He brings extensive experience to iCIMS, having led the legal, compliance, privacy and governance functions of both private and publicly traded information technology and data management companies. Most recently, Dittersdorf served as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of Intersections Inc., a publicly traded company that provided identity and privacy protection, data breach response, global background screening, and other data and technology services. He helped take the company public and guided its legal affairs for thirteen years.
Dittersdorf also served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Credit Management Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded company that developed an early software-as-a-service (SaaS) and online lending platform that was sold to a larger financial services data company and ultimately transformed the automobile finance industry. Additionally, he led the intellectual property and technology transactions practices at two major law firms, and earlier in his career was a trial attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice.
